Enjoy a peaceful boat ride or paddle across the lake while soaking in the natural beauty of West Virginia. Canoes, kayaks, and paddle boards are available to rent from Memorial Day through Labor Day.

A West Virginia family getaway isn’t complete without time spent on the water. Make the most of your visit with an afternoon or evening at Mallard Lake—there’s something here for everyone to enjoy!

Boat and fishing pole rentals can be reserved up to 24 hours in advance. For same-day rentals, please visit the Leisure Center; availability is on a first come, first serve basis. Guests under 17 must be accompanied by an adult age 18 or older.
