Package is available in the Inn at $1,249 for single occupancy or $1,861 for double occupancy, inclusive of taxes and resort fee.  A 7-day cancellation period applies.

This 3 Night/4 Day Package Includes:
• Lodging accommodations in The Inn for three nights
• Breakfast each morning
• Lunch & dinner two days
• Access to 4-Day Winter Wellness Summit
• $60 daily Spa Orange credit toward your choice of spa service* (one credit per room; gratuity not included)
• 10% discount on select Spa Orange retail merchandise (some exclusions apply; see Spa Orange associate for details)
• Use of indoor pool, hot tub, saunas and steam rooms

*Spa services are based on availability and must be used during the stay dates. Refunds will not be given for any unused spa credit. Gratuity on spa services is not included. Advance reservations for spa services required. Black out dates are possible.

Winter Wellness Summit Agenda: Recharge at The Resort at Glade Springs

Day 1: Sunday – Arrival and Welcome Reception

  • Morning:
    • 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM: Registration at The Resort at Glade Springs.
    • 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM: Executive Physicals
  • Afternoon:
    • Relaxation Lounge Opens 12:30 PM Remains Open for the Duration of the Summit
  • Evening:
    • 5:30 PM – 7:30 PM: Welcome Reception. Meet and mingle with fellow attendees and speakers.

 Day 2: Monday – Wellness Workshops

  • Morning:
    • 7:00 AM – 8:00 AM: Sunrise Yoga Session to start the day with mindfulness.
    • 9:00 AM – 10:30 AM Workplace Wellness Presentations
  • Late Morning:
    • 10:30 AM – 12:00 PM: Wellness Workshops
      • 10:30 AM -11:00 AM Meditation Session
      • 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM Aging Workshop
  • Afternoon:
    • 1:30 PM -2:30 PM Dosha Session
    • 1:30 PM – 5:30 PM: Guided hike, spa treatments, relaxation
  • Evening:
    • 7:30 PM – 9:30 PM: Evening bonfire.  Enjoy storytelling and stargazing.

Day 3: Tuesday – Mindfulness and Relaxation

  • Morning:
    • 7:00 AM – 7:30 AM: Morning meditation session.
    • 7:30 AM -8:30 AM: Yoga Session
    • 9:00 AM -10:00 AM Mindfulness-based resiliency coaching
  • Late Morning:
    • 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM: Mindfulness and self-care workshops.
    • 10:00 AM – 12:00 AM ______ Workshop
    • 1:30 PM – 2:00 PM _____ Workshop
  • Afternoon:
    • 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM: Free time for spa treatments, relaxation, or exploring the resort’s amenities.
  • Evening:
  • 7:30 PM – 9:30 PM: Bonfire. Letter-Writing Burn Ritual

 Day 4: Wednesday – Wrap-up and Departure

  • Morning:
    • 7:00 AM – 8:00 AM: Farewell group yoga and mindfulness session.
  • Late Morning:
    • 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM: Closing sessions and interactive discussions, summarizing key takeaways from the summit.
    • 2:00 PM: Check-out and departure.
