Jim Jamieson, a former PGA TOUR champion, has been associated with our resort for quite a while now and his professional golf instruction classes are conducted throughout the summer at our West Virginia golf resort.

One of the greatest golf players of all times, Jim Jamieson has been a member of the World Cup Team, the Director of Golf at The Greenbrier, All-American at Oklahoma State, lead instructor of the John Jacobs Golf School, and the Head Professional at The Pines Golf Club and the Pete Dye Golf Club. The Resort at Glade Springs now offers you this unique opportunity to learn the game and pick up some invaluable tips from this magnificent golfer.

The Jim Jamieson School of Golf has separate schools that are specifically designed in accordance with the age group and the varying levels of playing ability of the participants. Jamieson personally conducts each class and is present at all times, and since we limit the number of attendees, you get the chance to personally interact with him and benefit from his guidance.

To make professional golf instruction classes an even more enjoyable experience for you, we offer some amazingly lucrative all-inclusive golf school packages. You can opt for our 1-night single occupancy or double occupancy package that includes a night’s stay at one of our luxury guest rooms, breakfast at our Rotunda restaurant, four hours of personalized golf instruction by Jim Jamieson, a great lunch at the Bunkers Sports Bar, followed by 18 holes on the award winning Cobb Course.
