The Resort at Glade Springs is very excited to announce a new series of Golf Schools for 2012 taught by Sarah Yost.  The schools are designed for beginner players up to the advanced player. Students will receive a full understanding of the short game and full swing to allow yourself to reach your goals.    

Originally from Minnesota, Sarah began her career as a top junior golfer in the state and then played Div I college golf at the University of Arkansas Little Rock.  Having been a PGA member for the past 11 years Sarah has worked beside a number of Top 50 instructors and touring professionals in the United States, including the Cranwell Golf School in Massachusetts, Walt Disney World Resort in Orlando, Florida and most recently as the Director of Instruction for the Faldo Golf School located in Marco Island, Florida.

Sarah has worked with students ranging in talent from beginner to collegiate to professional.  Her love for teaching is instilled in each student helping them to have a better understanding of the game and their golf swing.  Leaving them with a long term plan for continued success in the game.

Each school includes four hours of instruction and 9-holes of golf with on-course instruction on the legendary Cobb Course. School prices start at $259 per school. Special overnight packages are available as well.

In addition, individual golf lessons at our West Virginia academy combine the best of professional guidance and playing conditions. Irrespective of whether you are a beginner or have been playing golf for years, our PGA professionals will help you understand your individual game and apply your unique swing to each element of the course. You can opt for private half-hour or one-hour golf lessons with our experts. In addition, you get the chance to play on our three championship golf courses that are among the best in the state.
