Spa appointments book up quickly and reservations are recommended to be arranged in advance. A 24-hour cancellation policy applies. Minimum age is 16 for spa guests. It is recommended that you arrive at the spa 15 to 20 minutes early for your appointment. An early arrival allows time to complete the health assessment form and the opportunity to use the steam, sauna, whirlpool or a personal shower. A late arrival may result in a shortened treatment session to assure that the next guest is not delayed. All toiletry amenities you will need will be provided for your use during your spa visit.
