Glade Springs Golf and Country Club offers memberships to Glade Springs Property Owners as well as members of the Beckley/Raleigh County Community and throughout the region.
Membership includes:
- Complimentary Greens Fees on the Cobb Golf Course
- Unlimited use of The Leisure Center, including the indoor pool, basketball court, nautilus equipment, steam rooms, hot tubs and saunas as well as preferred rental rate on bowling and the indoor tennis courts
- Unlimited use of the Outdoor Swimming Pool
- Unlimited use of the Outdoor Tennis Courts
- Preferred Friends and Family Rate on Lodging at The Resort at Glade Springs
- Eligibility to purchase Value Resort Cards which entitle you to a savings of 10%, 15% or 20% off special purchases
- Significant Discounts on Skiing and Rentals at Winterplace Ski Resort
- Invitations to member events throughout the year
Memberships are offered to individuals as well as families and include a spouse and unmarried dependants under the age of 18 or unmarried full-time college students under the age of 21. Contracts are yearly and run for 12 consecutive months from the date of contract and automatically renew each year unless 60 days written notification is provided prior to the end of the membership term.
The Outdoor Pool
The Swimming Pool offers the perfect place to relax with friends, swim a few laps or just bask in the sun. With Small Talk Café located adjacent to the large deck, delicious food and drink are only steps away.
Golf
Membership offers golf on the challenging Cobb Course which is historically ranked as one of the top five courses in West Virginia by Golf Digest. Designed by George W. Cobb in the 1970’s, this 18-hole championship golf course features rolling fairways framed by mature forest leading up to some of the largest greens and bunkers you’ll probably play. The newly renovated course now features a length of over 7,000 yards while maintaining the integrity of the original design. Tee times are also available for the Stonehaven Course at regular resort prices.
Spa Orange
The Spa at Glade Springs is the perfect place to relax and unwind. We offer an extensive menu of therapeutic and beauty services. Our exceptional staff of licensed message therapists, cosmetologists and aestheticians are dedicated to providing you with a truly extraordinary spa experience.
The Leisure Center
In addition to our year-round outdoor activities, Glade Springs Golf and Country Club now offers a new and complete Leisure Center, featuring a 10-lane bowling center, indoor swimming pool, cinema room, video arcade, indoor basketball court, and indoor tennis court. Bowling and pool parties are available for special occasions.
Part of the creation of our new Leisure Center includes new workout facilities. A brand new cardio work out and strength training area features state-of-the-art equipment. An aerobics room, that will host various instructor-led aerobics classes, has also been added.
The fitness center is perfectly equipped to keep a fitness regimen on track with a full complement of free weights and Nautilus machines for strength training.
Glade Springs Golf and Country Club has outstanding facilities for those who enjoy the lifetime sport of tennis. With two clay courts, three professionally surfaced hard courts and one indoor court, players can enjoy their sport year-round. The Leisure Center offers tennis clinics, league play, tournaments and activities that are fun for all skill levels plus instructional programs for youth and adults. All programs are overseen by the area’s only USPTA certified Tennis Pro.
The Equestrian Center
Whether you’re a beginner or an expert, a memorable experience awaits each member who strolls through the entrance of The Equestrian Center at Glade Springs Golf and Country Club. From our well-mannered horses, you’ll notice we’ve taken great care with all the details to ensure your time with us is enjoyable. Trail rides are offered through our scenic resort year-round.
Dining Options
Glade Springs Golf and Country Club offers its members several exceptional dining choices, including Glade’s Grill & Bar, Small Talk Café, The Rotunda and Bunkers Sports Bar. Golfers will enjoy refreshments from Cobb’s Corner, The Stonehaven House and our roving beverage carts. Signature pizzas from Chef Jim Anderson ’s kitchen are available for home delivery within the gates of Glade Springs.
